When Dr. Lazarus was 15 years old an event occurred that changed his life, he was diagnosed with a vision problem that required vision therapy!
‘I remember struggling through school with headaches, tired eyes and blurry vision. But I had 20/20 sight. I was examined by a paediatric optometrist, who diagnosed Convergence Insufficiency, 6 months later I was treated and my school results improved significantly’.
Since that time, Dr. Lazarus has dedicated his profession to treating children.

Dr. Lazarus has appeared on Today Tonight, in the Daily Telegraph, on radio 2GB and in MiVision – Australia’s premier optometry journal.
He has devoted over 20 years to ensuring children receive comprehensive examinations and treatment.
Dr. Lazarus pioneered the EYE CHAMPION Program after extensive training in the USA.
Our practice has now treated thousands of children with fun 3D programs. We have seen first hand the outstanding improvements to self-esteem, confidence and academic performance as a result of the EYE CHAMPION Program.
